Estel, a certified yoga teacher from Latelier Yoga, offers yoga classes in Agde under the pine trees at Camping La Tamarissière or on the beach at La Tamarissière. It’s the perfect place to relax and connect with yourself!

Latelier Yoga Agde offers guided yoga sessions. Take advantage of your holidays to pause and take time for yourself — just for you. A moment to share, above all, with yourself…

WHEN?
Every Monday this summer (starting July 8), Latelier Yoga offers seaside yoga sessions.
From 10:00 to 11:00 — bring your mat or towel, and anything you need for your comfort (water, hat, sunscreen, etc.)

WHERE?
Meet at Camping La Tamarissière, in the village center near the bar and restaurant. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the session starts.

HOW MUCH?
€12 per person for guests of Camping La Tamarissière.
€15 per person for external participants.
Each session is to be paid on site, in cash, to Estel.

Yoga by the sea

Yoga is a dynamic practice based on opening the Heart, both the physical and emotional heart.

 

Without judgement or competition, it is about cultivating a state of mind in relation to your physical body and emotions above all.

The advantage of practicing in nature is a direct connection to the elements around us.

 

Each session is unique and is adapted to the students present. 

The practice of yoga aims above all to develop a journey, an accompaniment with oneself. There is therefore no level. 

 

The physical postures, beyond their physiological benefits, allow us to mentally position ourselves in the way we accompany ourselves in comfortable and/or uncomfortable situations in everyday life.


The Yoga Workshop wants the teachings transmitted on the yoga mat to be concrete enough for you to be able to transpose and apply them in your daily life.
