When you hear the word “lagoon”, you immediately think of atolls and coral islands in tropical oceans, and yet we are in a campsite on the Languedoc coast.

But what is a lagoon?

Imagine your feet in the fine sand, gradually immersing yourself in clear water…

You are in the shade of the pine trees integrated in the white sand beach. The water is soft, no salt, very few products because the treatment of the water is ensured by the UV and the sand.

A swimming pool you will say? yes but better and more ecological!

Useful information for making the most of our aquatic area

In the Camping La Tamarissière aquatic area, it is compulsory to wear a wristband.

In addition, for reasons of hygiene and safety, only the following items of clothing are permitted in our aquatic area: swimming trunks, tight-fitting swimming trunks, 1-piece and 2-piece swimming trunks. All other clothing (long shorts, Bermuda shorts, skirts, T-shirts, burkinis, etc.) is prohibited. No exceptions will be made.

Finally, in order to ensure that the lagoon functions properly, it is forbidden to swim with swimming goggles, small toys or any other object that could block the natural filtration system.
