Reservation and stay

How to book at camping La Tamarissière?

From our Agde campsite website, select your accommodation and the dates of your stay, then proceed to payment. Don’t forget to return the completed and signed booking contract. You can also book by e-mail (contact@camping-latama.com) or telephone (04 67 94 79 46).

What are the payment terms?

Payment terms include a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the stay at the time of booking, plus booking fees and, where applicable, a cancellation guarantee. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required immediately.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payments are accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, ANCV vacation voucher and French bank cheque. Payments by bank transfer and cheque are only accepted up to 30 days before arrival.

Can I change my booking?

Changes to dates, number of people or type of accommodation must be requested in writing and are subject to availability. No change is guaranteed, and no reduction in price will give rise to a refund.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit is mandatory and must be paid via Swikly before arrival. It amounts to 100€ for pitches with private sanitary facilities, 300€ for rental accommodation and 600€ for tribal cottages.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Without the cancellation guarantee, Cottage Parks retains 100% of the cost of the stay, without refund, even in the event of no-show or shortened stay. With the optional cancellation guarantee, the refund is 100%, excluding booking fees, if the cancellation is made more than 7 days before arrival, and 75% within the previous 7 days, with proof.

Does the campsite offer special offers throughout the year?

The La Tamarissière campsite offers special promotions from time to time, depending on the period and type of accommodation. These time-limited offers enable you to take advantage of special rates in the off-season or during special operations, advertised on the campsite’s official website and media.

How to get to La Tamarissière campsite?

Camping La Tamarissière is located at 4 rue Commandant Malet, 34300 Agde :

  • By car: access via the A9, exit 34 Agde-Pézenas, direction Cap d’Agde, then exit at La Tamarissière.
  • By train: Agde SNCF station.
  • By plane: Béziers (15 km) or Montpellier (60 km) airports.

Where is Camping La Tamarissière located?

The campsite is located at La Tamarissière, 4 rue Commandant Malet, 34300 Agde, a stone’s throw from the beach, in a quiet, wooded setting on the Languedoc coast.

What are the opening dates of the campsite?

Camping La Tamarissière is open from early April to mid-October. Enjoy spring, summer and off-season breaks in a peaceful, natural setting!

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrivals for rental accommodation and pitches with private sanitary facilities start at 5pm, with departures before 10am. Bare pitches are available from 2pm, with departure before 11am.

What are the reception hours?

The La Tamarissière campsite reception is open every day in winter from 9am to 6pm, at the La Clape Village campsite reception, 8 km away. In high season, it is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, and at weekends from 9am to 8pm.

What is the eco-chic camping concept?

The campsite’s eco-chic concept combines ecology, comfort and aesthetics, with accommodation integrated into nature, recycled or vintage materials, bohemian chic decor and facilities that promote a rejuvenating and responsible stay.

How does the campsite help the environment?

The campsite acts for the environment through eco-designed accommodation, recycled materials, landscape integration without excessive artificialization, as well as composting and rational water and energy management, while preserving local biodiversity. La Tamarissière was awarded the Clef Verte label in 2023.

Is the campsite suitable for families?

That’s right! Camping La Tamarissière is designed with families in mind, with spacious accommodation, convivial dining areas, intergenerational activities and a safe environment that encourages sharing and shared memories.

Can minors stay alone at the campsite?

No, minors not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian are not admitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

What are the noise rules at the campsite?

Absolute silence is required between midnight and 7am. Excessive noise, sound equipment and portable loudspeakers are forbidden in communal areas, on pain of exclusion without reimbursement.

Is vehicle traffic regulated?

Yes, traffic on the campsite is strictly controlled. It is forbidden between midnight and 7 am. The speed limit is 10 km/h. Access is by automatic license plate recognition.

Are pets allowed?

Our campsite accepts pets under strict conditions. Only one animal per accommodation is allowed, and category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited. Pets must be kept on a leash, declared and accompanied by their health record.

Are barbecues allowed?

Barbecues are strictly regulated. Wood and charcoal barbecues are prohibited. Flameless gas barbecues, as well as electric ones ≤2000W, are authorized under certain conditions.

Who is Cotti, the campsite mascot?

Cotti is the official mascot of Cottage Parks campsites, represented by a cheerful little tree. He raises children’s awareness of environmental protection through fun activities focusing on waste sorting, biodiversity and respect for nature.

What types of accommodation are available at Camping La Tamarissière?

La Tamarissière offers you a choice of pitches, mobile homes, Privilege cottages, chalets, self-contained tents and premium accommodation. Each range meets different needs in terms of comfort, budget and natural immersion.

What unusual accommodation does the campsite offer?

Camping La Tamarissière’s unusual accommodations include Cocoon Évasion, Tentes Masaï and Lodges Bohème. They combine glamping, comfort and immersion in nature, with private sanitary facilities depending on the model. For a complete change of scenery just a stone’s throw from the beach at Agde!

What are the campsite's premium accommodations?

Premium accommodations include Cottages Pool, Cosy, Panoramik and Lodge Bohème. They offer more comfort, more privacy and careful decoration, with top-of-the-range services for a peaceful, eco-chic stay in Agde.

Are there any PRM-accessible accommodations?

Yes, a Classik PMR chalet is available for 4 people. It is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility and offers the same facilities as traditional chalets, with enhanced accessibility and functional comfort.

Is there a limit to the number of people per rental accommodation?

The number of occupants in rental accommodation may not exceed the maximum capacity, including newborn babies. If this number is exceeded, access to the accommodation may be refused on arrival without refund.

Are sheets and towels included in the accommodation?

Sheets and towels are only included in certain premium accommodations, notably Cottages Pool and Cottages Cosy. For other accommodations (cottages, tents, unusual), linen is not included but can be offered as an option.

What is the maximum capacity of the campsite's accommodation?

The maximum capacity of accommodation at La Tamarissière campsite is 6 people.

What types of pitches are available at the campsite?

We welcome you on Premium pitches with private sanitary facilities, Top Confort pitches with private bathroom, and traditional bare pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes.

Are the pitches suitable for families?

The pitches are ideal for families, with a capacity of up to 6 people, in a safe natural environment and friendly atmosphere.

What are the rules for camping pitches?

Each camping pitch can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, including children and babies, with a single installation (tent, caravan or motorhome). Additional people and facilities are charged extra.

Do I need a power adapter for my location?

A European electrical adapter is required to connect to the campsite’s electrical terminals. We recommend that you bring it with you to the campsite to ensure that you are connected to the site.

Are additional vehicles included?

Only one vehicle is included per Book. Additional vehicles will be billed according to the current price list.

What happens in the event of a late departure?

Late departures will result in additional charges. An additional night at the current rate will be deducted from the deposit if the accommodation or pitch is not vacated on time.

Activities and entertainment

What activities are on offer at the campsite in summer?

Summer activities include daytime and evening entertainment for adults, children and teenagers, with shows, sports, yoga classes, Parcabout (tree climbing), games and nature activities. In high season, kids’ and teens’ clubs, themed evenings and outside speakers punctuate the week.

Is there any off-season entertainment at the campsite?

Off-season activities are offered from early April to early July and in September, mainly on weekends. Out of school vacations, they are dedicated to adults (fitness, sports, evening events). During the April vacations, adult, family and children’s activities are organized during the day and evening.

Is the campsite's entertainment suitable for the whole family?

Yes, the campsite’s entertainment is suitable for the whole family, with specific activities for adults, children and teenagers. Sports, games, shows, nature activities and family events allow every age group to participate according to their desires, in a friendly, supervised atmosphere.

Does the campsite have a kids' club?

Yes, La Tamarissière campsite has a children’s club, the Cotti Club, open to children aged 4 to 12. It runs four days a week in high season, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., with crafts, games, shows and biodiversity activities. The Teens Club also welcomes teenagers aged 13 to 17. Activities take place in the afternoons and include TikTok challenges, beach parties, teen meals, sports activities and other social events.

What activities are on offer for children?

Children can enjoy the free Parcabout (tree climbing) and climbing wall. The Parcabout is open from March to October and is located above the restaurant area, in a safe natural environment.

Does the campsite offer sports facilities?

The campsite offers a multi-sports field, petanque courts and gentle activities to care for body and mind during your vacation, suitable for the whole family.

Aquatic area

Does the campsite have an aquatic area?

Yes, the campsite has a lagoon inspired by natural lagoons. It’s an ecological, chemical-free, freshwater swimming pool. It includes a shallow pool, white sand, deckchairs and beds.

How is the lagoon environmentally friendly?

The lagoon is eco-responsible, with 70% less energy consumption than a conventional pool. It operates without chlorine, with UV and sand treatment, and requires no heavy foundations, making it easy to restore the land to its natural state.

Is the lagoon child-friendly?

The lagoon is perfectly suited to children thanks to its gentle 10% slope, ideal for the youngest. This configuration limits the risk of falling into deep water and allows gradual entry into the water, under supervision in July and August.

When and under what conditions is the lagoon open?

The lagoon is open from March to October. Wristbands are required for access.

Is the lagoon heated?

No, our lagoon is not heated, except by the generous sunshine of southern France.

Is the lagoon under surveillance?

Yes, the lagoon is supervised. Please note: surveillance is only provided in July and August.

What facilities are available around the lagoon?

The lagoon area offers fine white sand, deckchairs and beds, shaded areas under the pine trees and an area designed for relaxation. Everything is designed for the comfort, safety and well-being of the whole family!

Who has access to the aquatic area?

Access to the lagoon is strictly booked for campsite residents wearing a wristband. Outside visitors are not permitted.

What are the rules governing dress in the aquatic area?

Only traditional bathing suits are permitted. Shorts, Bermuda shorts, T-shirts and burkinis are forbidden for reasons of hygiene and safety.

What services are available at Camping La Tamarissière?

Camping La Tamarissière’s services include a restaurant, farmers’ market, laundry, wifi, various rentals including bike hire and a multi-sports field.

What catering services are available on site?

The campsite restaurant offers snacks, pizzas, grills, rotisseries, takeaways, ice creams, pancakes, waffles and a cocktail bar. Located in the heart of the campsite, near the lagoon, it is open day and evening.

Is wifi available on the campsite?

Yes, wifi is available on the campsite, allowing you to stay connected during your stay, subject to local access conditions.

Yes, our campsite has a nice surprise in store for you: direct access to the Tamarissière beach. You can get there in just 3 minutes on foot!

Don’t miss Château Laurens, the Moulin des Évêques, Saint-Étienne Cathedral, the 18th-century quays and the Canal du Midi round lock.
