Are dogs allowed on our campsites?

Cottage Parks is committed to welcoming your pets all year round, with a limit of one pet per rental and a limit of 2 on pitches. We kindly ask you to respect a few simple rules: your pet’s health record and vaccination must be up to date, the dog must be kept on a leash on the campsite premises, and droppings must be collected.

Is the end-of-stay cleaning included?

End-of-stay cleaning is included only for Pool and Tribu Pool cottages.
For all other accommodations, this service can be purchased as an add-on. Out of respect for our staff, the cleaning package does not exempt you from emptying the trash bins in your accommodation, washing and putting away used dishes, and collecting your trash.

Do you accept VACAF vouchers?

No, we are not VACAF-approved.

Is bed linen provided in our rentals?

No, bed linens are an extra charge; they are included only in the Pools cottages, Cosys cottages, and Tribu Pool cottages.

Do you accept ACSI cards?

Yes, from April 4 to July 4 and from August 30 to October 10; the card does not work during July and August.

Are towels provided in our rentals?

No, bath towels are an extra charge; they are included only in the Pools cottages, Cosys cottages, and Tribu Pool cottages.

Are minors allowed on the campsite?

Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian; unfortunately, they will not be able to book.

Is it possible to exceed the accommodation's maximum capacity?

No, unfortunately, you must adhere to the participant limit; babies count as participants.
